  • When this Gym opened up on May 18th., thought GREAT... However what a mistake it was to join. It took almost 2 months later for the pool to be completed and when it first opened, they said the wifi would be "hooked up soon" as of today there is no wifi and the male I spoke to at check-in counter said there will never be any wifi. I agree with another reviewer stated, the woman's gym is small and several women will sit on machines forever; it's easier to go upstairs and use the equipment. Checking in is a nightmare, the check-in staff appear to be all young and not fully trained. I was using my guest pass and the young man had to ask his manger if the ID I presented was acceptable; even though I have been using this every time I use my guest pass. It's very frustrating and time consuming when the staff don't know their job. I'm stuck In a contract and it sucks. There is a gym down the road that is less money, no contracts and provides wifi for their members. Can not wait for my contract to be over,
