  • If I could give 10 stars I would! I came to check out REDEMPTION during their grand opening and I fell in LOVE with the atmosphere, classes and people! My favorite class is RUMBLE with Neil on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM! He kicks your ass in the best way possible, and always has awesome tunes that make this one of the most enjoyable forms of cardio that I've ever tried! I also LOVE Maria's RIDE class - she kicks ass too! I always feel HIGH on endorphins after leaving her class (and HUNGRY LOL!) Shoes and gloves are cheap to rent (only $3) if you don't have your own, so it's super affordable to try something out if you are unsure. The locker room is always clean with convenient amenities like a hair dryer, hair ties, and deodorant. The shower heats up QUICK and has great pressure, so you'll have no problem washing up (the provided body wash and shampoo smells super yummy too.) When you go to REDEMPTION you are greeted by name and all of the staff are friendly and fun to chat with. The location is amazing too - check out Flower Child or Panacea for delicious post-workout meals or Athleta if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket (everything is soo cute.) I can not recommend REDEMPTION highly enough, if you want to be motivated, and ENJOY your ass kicking (with cute branding that is great for the GRAM) this is the spot!!!
