  • So, the young one really needed tires for her Fiat, aka "speedbump", wanting to be responsible, protective parents, also in need of new tires ourselves, the Mister and I decided to take on the deed of selecting the family's new tire shop. We mapped out a course of tire shops around our neighborhood, said goodbye to our Tuesday and headed out, stop one on the list, the new Superior Tire & Service on Spencer. Robert, the service manager really helped us out, with not only the tires for the speedbump but also getting us on track with our other two vehicles as well, full service shop, you know. Very upfront and honest, he showed us the differences in the products he quoted and found ones that fit our needs and budget. In fact, we thought our vehicle needed new tires, it actually needs an alignment. How about that? We ended up changing tire size on the speedbump, which was fabulous and again, his recommendations actually saved us money and with the price match he also saved us from having to spend the day shopping around. Best part was when we had young miss drop the speedbump off for the tires and alignment. Before we left she was given a mini tire class, which is much appreciated. Robert really invested time with us, and we left feeling as that we had been given a really good deal, a shop we would feel comfortable sending our kid to, like my daughter said after we returned home, "you can sure tell he's a dad." Pretty good complement I'd say. Thanks again, Robert and the rest of the crew at Superior Tire!
