| - We recently found a Tundra at Big Two. The sales rep was very pushy, but we did agree on an out the door price. Our 3 year old was sick so we told her we needed to get hold of our babysitter or we wouldn't be able to go down to the dealership. She suggested we take him and put him in the play area. Really??? Leave a sick 3 year old unattended in a dealership play area so we can buy a truck? But it gets worse. My sister-in-law came to watch the child, and we went down. Since we had already agreed on a price, we began the paperwork, test drive, ran our credit, removed the sticker, and had the keys in hand. That's where the shell game started. The Finance Manager came out and asked how many miles were on the trade in. We NEVER mentioned a trade in. In fact, the rep specifically asked if we had a trade in, and we said no. They said they couldn't honor the negotiated price since there was no trade in. So in essence, they got us down to the dealership with a promised price, got us to fill out the paper work, RAN OUR CREDIT, then upped the price. Needless to say, we walked out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
