  • Went to the Aria to see the Elvis cirque soleil and before the show decided to try Jean Georges, it was quite an experience. Chilean Sea Bass Veal chop Fillet Mignon Rib Eye Seared Sea Scallops Lobster mashed potato's Trumpet Mushrooms Sauteed Spinach Iceberg wedge Steak Tar tare Roasted Bone Marrow Black truffle Comte fritter Warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Several cucumber martini's (fresh and delicious) Need I say more. The food was superb, service outstanding. This will cost you some big bucks but it was a special meal.
