I heard about this shop on the radio as a "new coffee shop" and thought I would give it a try .. Upon entering I was not greeted , asked if it was my first time there or helped with the menu. I ordered a caramel macchiato which ended up having chocolate in it that I wasn't informed of and could have been avoided if someone spoke to me when I entered . The man working there kindly remade it which I appreciated .. While I was waiting I asked if I could give away the incorrect coffee (which they do at sunrise and Starbucks) possibly with a business card (since they are new) instead of it being wasted .. There were three people there and I got three different answers and ultimately a woman walked up and did not introduce herself and asked me what I wanted to do and I explained and she said no .. I am assuming that she was the owner. Certainly wasn't a very great or friendly first impression at Pour.
