  • Ryan Carl from Union Plumbing was awesome to work with. My water heater started leaking and yes, broken. He advised me to contact Sears, as I had a 12 year warranty with Sears and was on year 9 of my water heater life. (Sear is a different story and review... just don't buy from Sears!!) Ryan came out on time, texted me he was in route, replaced my 75 gal water heater within the time frame I needed the work to be done. Answered lots of questions I had and even cleaned up the mess that was created by putting in the new water heater. Last time it broke down, two guys installed and managed to put a huge hole in the dry wall. (Somehow Ryan did the work by himself... I guess that is why he is a manager!!) All good now and I would recommend Ryan from Union Plumbing to replace the water heater. Excellent, prompt and professional service from the first call.
