This place gets four stars for three things and three things only.
A-) Their patio. Located at the corner of Queen and Peter Streets, it is by far the largest outdoor patio on the strip.
B-) The great and relaxing afternoons you can spend on a nice Summer day with friends and a cool breeze. Which I have done plenty of over the years.
C-) The people watching you can do from said patio.
That's it. During the Summer, line up for the patio can get ridiculous.
The drink choices are alright. The prices are okayish -- $7 average per pint . The food is not very good, the indoors are utterly "old Queen Street blah" and the place looks as if it has have never met with the idea of a reno that it would like.
Without the patio, The Black Bull would get two(2) stars.
