So the reason I went to this Doctor is because I saw great reviews for him online. I was having breathing issues being that my nostrils would alternate swelling, causing me to only breath out of one nostril all day and night. When I go to his office I noticed a lot of rewards and recognitions so that led me to believe his reviews online were valid. I got a really bad impression from the front desk ladies. They weren't very eager to help or friendly but I made an appointment anyway. When the Doctor first saw me he spent around 10 minutes diagnosing me and told me right away I had a deviated septum and needed surgery. He was very short and spoke to me like if I was Doctor and able to understand his medical terms. So I trusted his decision and followed through with the surgery. For my second appointment he also spent less than 10 minutes explaining to me what as going to happen and not to mention his assistant was very short and made a mistake by writing down the incorrect procedure for me (luckily he caught it). So while I sat in the waiting room I noticed he just bounced around from patient to patient not even spending much time or explaining the procedures. After the surgery I came back for the last appointment and he said everything came out ok. I followed all his steps and medication and about a week later the same issue continued. It's been about 9 months since the survey and since then I still have the same problem and I've actually learned that other people have had the (deviated septum surgery) for the same problem as me and it does not fix the problem! I feel like that office just wants to get people in and out and cash in. I waited this long to write the review because I thought my nasal issues would get better but they never did.
