James was technician on first visit. He diagnosed problem with the toilet, went over options on replacement parts, confirmed parts availability and we set a follow up appointment, all in a few minutes, efficiently using those "systems that work" referenced above.
Yesterday I received a reminder email and this morning a friendly phone call from Michael Burr, today's technician with an ETA. Michael arrived on time, explained that James was unable to be here today, put on cover booties and went efficiently about the repair activity. Michael was conversant and friendly and in response to my question indicated he was at Best for three years and one of the newest technicians on the team.
I was so impressed with each member of the Best team that I interacted with, including Michael's very positive comments about Best as an employer, that I asked Michael about their preventative spring/fall programs. He explained the scope and pricing of their HVAC and plumbing preventative programs in a low key manner. Once again, using those "systems that work", I signed up for the preventative/tune-up programs for my main heat pump and the mini-split in the video room.
In summary, Best is the best.
