  • The Maryland Parkway location has very poor customer service, particularly Nathan and Mitch. These two guys talked down on me because I only bought one speaker, without even attempting to figure out what I needed. I already know that I just need a different wire and was even considering getting an upgraded speaker, but they got me so upset that I ended up returning everything! It's very disappointing that they don't seem to be capable of giving quality customer service that is expected of a specialty store like them.
