  • They were wonderful when I was leasing my car but the minute that was done, I have been completely ignored. Emails and phone calls go unreturned. I have even placed a call to the manager and was ignored. Once my lease is up, I am done. The sad thing is that I have been a VW owner all of life but the lack of respect, attention and service has turned me off. Think twice about VW of Streetsboro. They will forget you as soon as you walk out the door.
