  • Both Parasise Valley and North Scottsdale locations are tops. Their instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I travel to Phoenix for work so I purchase a "punch card" so I can participate when I am in town. All fitness levels are welcome, but these workouts are challenging. A nice feature are their mats. Barre3 cleans the mats following class with scented disinfectant. The mats are clean and fragrant. A little aroma therapy is a nice touch. The owner even reached out to me following my first visits. The studios are clean and spacious. I will be back.
