  • Bought my first firearm here over 5 years ago. Had a pleasant first time experience and throughout the years. I finally came back today to pick up some odds and ends and the customer service factor definitely lacks now. Right when I walk through the door I catch glares from all the workers yet no greeting. Then I stand at the counter for about 10 minutes still people just walking by not even acknowledging me. Maybe short handed or its lunch time? Idc, I'm not making any excuses for them. This used to be one of my favorite shops in town. When I finally catch some help the guy points something out of me then walks away. I had to chase him down to get some questions answered. Thanks but no thanks.
