  • Horrible customer service. I have paid this establishment well over 600$s towards my deductible this year. I had my son with them and the doctor who showed up for my delivery was pretty rude. I came in today for my post pardum appointment to make sure everything healed properly and to get birth control to avoid getting pregnant again. They made the appointment on the phone and when I got in turned me away in front of everyone. I had met my deductible so everything at this point would have been covered 100%. Not to mention I woke up my three month old son for this appointment and he was less than thrilled. Why they didn't tell me this on the phone I have no idea. What kind of jerks deny checking on someone's well being after having a baby and denying birth control!! You guys are heartless and our office staff has the worst customer service! The girl at the front desk was wearing a pot bracelet...very professional. She is really rude too. DO NOT have your baby with these people all they care about is your money.
