  • Took our 2 year old lab here for the first time this week. First impressions ... very nice office, super clean, friendly front desk staff. Was happy that they got me in the same day and that they were running on time when we arrived for our 5pm appointment. They had also already tried to get records from our prior vet which was a nice touch. We saw Dr Morales and she couldn't have been sweeter. My lab adored her instantly and I was happy to see that she was able to manage his adoration and excitement very effectively while still getting a good look in his ears. She explained her thought process, recommendations, and cost very clearly and I appreciated that she was patient with my questions. We will be back!
