  • ugggggg. another emergency for Bailey. Sherri and Tiffany (front desk) did amazing job, handling my call, scheduling appointment, then reassuring me while I nervously wait for results. Heather, Dr. Paquin's amazing, assistant, took care of Bailey. She was kind, patient and willing to explain everything and made sure I understood. Heather was so pleasant and reassuring. and knowledgeable. OF course the staff here is the best. Dr. Paquin has high standards and a philosophy that is different from other vet clinics and I assure you, once you meet the staff and Dr. Paquin, you will jump and become part of his family. The care doesn't end after initial office visit. There is follow up with phone calls and or another visit. They are never too busy to see you. Karen runs the office and is friendly yet professional. She remembers me by name and makes an effort to see Bailey and say hello. Look no further for a vet.
