I finally took the leap and bought a brand new 2016 Nissan Frontier and absolutely love the way it drives and the overall look. I will, however, never purchase from AutoNation Nissan again, nor would I buy a Nissan vehicle. The service department has been the worst experience. I had some minor issues that took over a week to fix. The front leather seats "bubble up" in the center of each seat (the back seats are made the same way and lay flat). I spent several weeks getting the run around to be told they are not going to fix it because they have some new vehicles where it lays flat and others where it doesn't and they have tried to fix it, but is just how the material is. Doesn't make sense if some of the leather seats do it and some don't. I spent a lot of money on a brand new vehicle, only to learn that I am just supposed to "live with it" because it is too expensive of a part to replace. If I could give this company a "zero" star I would. I was so excited about my truck and still absolutely love the way it drives, but this has put such a bad taste in my mouth. My nephew wants to buy a midsize truck and liked my Frontier, but I have told him to go somewhere else to look for one and to be sure that he very, very carefully checks his new vehicle over before leaving the lot.
