Going into the store was a waste of my time and efforts and then to have some snot nose tell me that I could have gigablast at my home when we don't have the fiber optic cable in our area. He did not like my tone and I did lose my cool but after being a loyal customer for 14+ years perhaps we need a change. I will be calling Cox Corporate about not only his attitude but his demeanor not what I would expect from Cox. It really should be a negative star but that is not possible.
