Worst customer service I have ever received at an AT&T store. This store actually makes me want to leave AT&T for good. The last time I was here, I was treated as if it was a privilege to be a part of AT&T and if I didn't like the way I was being talked to, I could go find another service provider. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance, assuming maybe the manager Sergio had a bad the first time I was there, but that wasn't the case. I waited my turn just like everyone else did, and there were even people leaving before me, because they got tired of waiting. It was finally my turn next, and someone else walked in, who the manager recognized, and he pulled the next agent available to help a guy who literally just walked in the door over me, because he wanted to get a bunch of phones. Poor value in customer service.
