  • I had a situation where I needed a plumbing company to come out last minute to determine if a gas line in my yard was active. I had a landscape company coming the next day to install pavers but I needed to get the gas line removed first, which I was not initially aware of. I called SW Gas Company for guidance and Sterling Services was who they referred me to. I spoke to a very nice woman who was patient and kind to me as I was in a panic due to the time crunch. They were booked solid for the rest of that day and she said that she would do her best to fit me in so I could get the situation taken care of ASAP. As it neared the end of their business hours I assumed nobody was coming...and then Michael showed up! Despite the last minute appointment that put him past his schedule, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism which made me feel like a valued customer. Thankfully the job didn't take him long and I was able to get the gas line removed in time...but it made a long lasting impression on me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Sterling Services back for any of my plumbing needs!
