  • Very disappointed long term customer who purchases $100 worth of vape replacements a month and will never be shopping here today after being yelled at by a male staff member yesterday. I came in to buy 2 5 packs of replacement coils for my Yocan and Yocan plus which I both purchased here and do monthly, I am used to getting great service from all staff here. Yesterday I came in and there were two people being helped in the vape section, I waited by the coils for someone to be free, one staff member rang someone up and then assisted 4 people who came in the shop after me, those customers bought papers, and some bought screens for bongs. When I tried to get someone to assist me as I had now been waiting 15 minutes I was told "maam you have to wait, I am only one person" and I said "you assisted 4 people who came in after me and I have been waiting" to which he yelled "I AM ONE PERSON". I am also one person who spends a lot of money at your store and I will never be again. I waited by walking myself to the TTC and getting on a train and going to BGS vape and buying the vape coils there, and where I will now be buying them from. If a staff member is stressed out having 4 customers in the store at once, maybe he needs to go on break and smoke? I'd hate to see what actually happens when it's actually busy in there. Anyway you have lost a long term customer, who really liked your shop and used to recommend it to everyone, but will now go out of my way to tell people what terrible service you offer by yelling at customers who were waiting when you assisted people who came in after them to buy $2 rolling papers and $1 screens. Anyway I am sure $1200 a year I spend there won't break you, but seriously stop yelling at customers who were waiting patiently who you didn't bother helping.
