  • I went to get my eyebrows done at the regular spot that I normally go to and they were super busy. I had a training to facilitate so I needed them done bad and the woman at the nail spot told me about this spot that was two doors down. The marketing manager was very nice and welcoming and they were able to do my eyebrows because they had no other appointments at the time. The girl only waxed the bottom of my eyebrows and tried to tell me it was an arch. I have been growing my eyebrows out for over a month an half now and she didn't wax any other part of my brow (THEY WERE BAD!). I could tell she didn't know what she was doing by the way it felt. Instead of arguing with her, I said thanks and left cause there was no way she was doing anything else to my eyebrows. Needless to say, I am 15.00 in the hole and have an appointment to get them done next Tuesday at my regular spot. I have not experienced their lash services but I will never go back for eyebrows. You can't even tell I got them done.
