  • After two years of trying to get my cardiology records by myself and Dr. Kalla finally I made a second trip to this office and was put off by one of the receptionist with a foreign accent. She gave me the medical records phone number who don't answer or return phone calls. I went and got in line again and Gracie helped me after I signed the form she printed out my cardiology records and handed them to me in an envelope. What a gem of an employee. I'm a year away from getting my fourth pacemaker/defibrillator. Finally results.
