  • I decided to use this company for my son's first birthday.. and we wanted a star wars theme bounce house.. called them up and a gentleman named Heath was helping me out.. i set up an appointment for them to come a week in advanced and everything went well.. Heath also asked if we needed any chairs and tables.. and at the time.. i didn't think we did... called heath back a few days later.. because i ended up miscalculating and needed tables and chairs.. heath added it on my order.. and explained to me that payment will made when the guys came to set up... cool ! got a call from heath the next day asking if they can set up the bounce house a day early because their schedule was really busy during the day of delivery and i said sure.. why not.. he told me that the charge is still the same.. ill just get an extra day with it.. sweet !! guys came and started setting up and explained what i needed to know.. made the transaction and everything went smoothly.. Tables and chairs was good... needed an additional cleaning.. but it was good and served it's purpose.. the bounce house was a little bit dirty inside.. but during the set up. one of the guys wiped it down but there was this weird smell when i was inside (testing it out for safety - of course).. but i was not sure what's it coming from.. maybe the material or the blower.. ? oh well... nothing else matters i guess when your having fun... i mean checking for safety.. :) unfortunately the next day of the party.. it started to rain.. and there were some holes on the ceiling and water was coming in.. so the kids didnt really get to enjoy as much as they could have... but overall.. i was happy with the company and will definitely use them again when the time comes !
