  • I am disappointed in the service at Cherry Lash Lounge. It had been recommended to me by a lash artist in Florida who knew the owner of this company. The lash artist was mentored by the owner. There is no doubt that the business portion is run well. beautiful decor, good music, very clean and elegant environment and pleasant staff. However, I have tried various "master lash artists" in the last 2 years, whenever I am in Las Vegas (part time resident). It seems as if the cost for lash fills are very high for the results. Ordinarily my lashes will last 2-3 weeks at the place I go to in Florida. At this place I am lucky if 1/4 or even 1/2 start falling out, look like spiders in 1-1/2 week. They just don't look that good. I have tried to address this with a manager but her attitude was not that professional and she just suggested I book with another technician. When I asked to speak to the owner to try to clarify some of my issues, they would not allow that. I would think the owner would like to know and maybe have some solutions. Maybe the business has become too big...I will be looking for another place for lash extensions.
