I am extremely disappointed at the customer service. I have been using apple products for 8 years and never thought twice about purchasing Beats Powerbase 2 wireless headphones. They stopped working 2 months later and for $200 I thought there wouldn't be any kind of issue returning them to the store I got them from to exchange them. To my surprise, I was told I needed to have an appointment and my receipt, which I was not told to keep when I know they have my purchase records in their system. Needing to have an appoint to exchange faulty headphones is absolutely ridiculous when there were plenty of employees standing around. I understand an appointment when a computer is having issues. You sure don't need an appointment when you want to buy $200 headphones.
