  • The car wash has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could rate their car wash a zero I would. I returned after 7 days as their Tom's Thumb wash includes a guarantee. I inspected the car when I returned home and the clear coat was scratched heavily in several different areas. Overall the wash looked terrible with water spots and staining over the whole car. I called to inform them what had happened and no one returned my call. I called back and spoke with the car wash manager and he said he'd take a look at it in person. I drove back over there and the car wash manager claimed it didn't look like damage from their car wash and it wouldn't create the "patterns" that were on my car. This car is brand new, and was only washed once, by them, 7 days prior. I asked for the GM, he inspected the car and he said some of the clear coat scratches didn't look to be their doing and only offered a wax. I asked for them to pay to have it FIXED by a professional and he said that wouldn't happen. He also said I couldn't tell people they scratched my car (I'm doing it now)? I can't believe they would deny damages and then not offer to solve the problem. DO NOT GO HERE.
