I had to set up 2 mini boxes, one at my parents and the other at my home. Both setups were unsuccessful with service unavailable messages. After a long session with a rep, the answer is always the same - restart the box. If that doesn't work, the excuse is there's an outage in the area. When everything comes back online, my mini box should start automatically working. So unless there's been an outage for the past week, these guys are complete liars and are lazy enough to do anything to get you off the phone!!
