| - I lost my wallet with my ID and debit card (great I know) so I got a temporary ID and I wanted to get another debit so I came in around 12ish today. I wrote my name down, there was another lady sitting across from me and one of the tellers came out to call one of us. The lady just had one question, if she could cash her check a day before the date on the check, the tellers response was condescending to say the least she said "uhm... no that's whys there's a date on there. Come back tomorrow, JAZ?!" Nice I have this lady! So I told her my situation I have my birth certificate, two government issued works cards (tam and food) plus my temp ID. Before I could even tell her what I had she said "I can't give you a debit card without an ID" ok, that's why I have these other forms of ID plus a document from the DMV. "Ok I'll ask him he's in the back" who's him? Idk, she didn't say. Probably nobody lol. She came back with my health card and temp ID saying there's nothing she can do for me so I said well if you can't help me I'll just leave, doesn't say "I'm sorry, have a nice day, is there anything else I can't help you with" NOTHING. So I left, obviously upset and go to the branch on marks street talked to this super nice lady helped me out gave me a temporary ATM card to get cash out because I cannot get a debit card without my government issued ID (understandable) told me to have a nice day and that was that. The woman at the serene branch was an older white woman with short brown hair and glasses. She never made eye contact, asked how my day was, or tried to help me out with my problem at all since I was an obvious inconvenience to her work day. So, if you can, don't go to her, she's not keen on helping anyone or showing common courtesy to anyone at all.
