  • I've been to a number of boardgame cafes in Toronto and this one is by far the most amateur and unprofessional. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant, especially the bearded guy who passive aggressively greeted us at the door. As we were at cash paying for a boardgame, he was making rude comments about us to the cashier (clearly not very discreetly) less than 5 steps away. Obviously not a place that has high customer service expectations of their staff. The space itself looks like someone's living room with several poorly placed couches and tables. Now that Snakes and Lattes has opened a large new location less than 5 min away, I'm glad people in this neighbourhood will have better options.
