  • As a woman, I am always scared of auto repair and I thought I needed a new transmission in my Ford Explorer. I had read all the horror stories online about Ford transmissions and I figured with my luck I needed to be prepared for the worst. I went to Tri-City Transmission hoping for the best but not expecting it. To my surprise, they made a minor transmission repair and did some other minor maintenance that same day. I probably shouldn't be, but I am shocked when someone has the opportunity to take advantage of me and they don't. My Transmission is working GREAT! I can't thank you guys enough!!! Bryn A
