  • The apartments are beautiful and the landscaping maintained....but SAFETY is more important than any of the amenities. The robberies, theft and damage to automobiles in the "secure garage" is so significant...that it should be your number one questions before you make a decision to live here. Check the police records. The management company could install security cameras and beef up security - but chose not to because they believe that somehow increases their liability if they fail to capture a picture of every crime that is committed in this complex. Management is afraid to communicate the huge volume of crime that goes on here. I asked (after having a car vandalized in the "secure" garage) if they had reports of any violent crimes - and that was denied. Not sure I feel safe believing them given the reluctance to find a way to make the criminal activity stop. The apartments are very nice. Security is a problem.
