  • What an extremely professional job Peter and Carlos did replacing our 75 gallon water heater! Who knew? We thought our leaking Water Softener was the big problem...But one look at our pipes and "Pure Plumbing" told us that and the hot water heater was what needed immediate attention! These 2 guys were here all Saturday afternoon (over 6 hours) and were not leaving till the job was done. Needless to say, they picked up all the necessary parts needed and came right back and got to work. We feel they did the job with the same kind of care they would have done in their own homes! We would definitely call Pure Plumbing for any Plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Peter and Carlos were very personal, apologetic, paying strict attention to detail and literally got a full gym workout removing and replacing that heavy tank that sat up on a 2 1/2' high platform, having to remove the old and get it down and then lift the new one back up there. We would Highly RECOMMEND both Peter and Carlos at Pure Plumbing to do YOUR next Plumbing job. We will definitely be calling them in the future!
