  • Had some more work done from these guys over the last couple years, and their quality of installation is great, very clean and professional. However, getting anything serviced is an awful experience. Multiple times it's taken months for them to find a solution and come back out. It is very rare that they will followup on what they said they were going to do, you have to hound them to get anything done. Pretty disappointed. In addition, I've had two pieces of equipment fail (after warranty period), not their fault, but getting it fixed is the frustrating thing! I understand when things happen once, but it seems like this is a pattern. :-(
