  • JK Glass is NOT the place or people you want to go to if you like excellent customer service and/or response times. My husband contacted them multiple times for a window repair. Thru email and phone calls never got responses back. No follow up. It was obvious they didn't want our business. I would have given zero stars for "Run dont walk away from this business" but was unable to.
