  • I've been coming to Terrace Cafe for almost 5 years and it has always been one of my go to spots - until recently. The last 4 times were awful, but I kept coming back hoping that the experience was an anomaly. I've found hair in my food more times than I can count. My food has often come out cold. The waitress/waiter has taken an unbelievably long time to even take our drink order and most recently, a simple water and coffee order was botched. It's hard to justify coming here anymore - even though the food is really good, what's the point in experiencing bad service, cold food, and finding a hair in your eggs.
