It was out of despair to my financial situation, and no one to blame except for myself that I chose Gukenstein Law Group.
I went to their office hoping to resolve and finalize an issue I had directly with the accountant to refund monies after a down in cash was paid after the initial free consultation to my Bankruptcy.
I discovered much too late after speaking with accounting that the monies where none refundable (should have read the fine print).
Problem was that the five weeks I waited for my refund in the mail as originally promised was met with a letter which alerted me that it wasn't so as mention five weeks earlier.
I have come to represent myself never an easy task to say the least, but I have learned a lesson that this firm does help others at uneasy tasks.
That's if you consider the erroneous charges to a page listing their fees they provided me stating that free consultations aren't necessarily free when you weight in the tactics they use on you at your weakest moments.
The one thing that lingers is that even though I am nearly free of debt that the Fresh Start national network of bankruptcy firms in nearly every U.S. State representing Arizona's "Bankruptcy Helpers" and the Gukeisen Law Group, P.C. Of Tempe, AZ may not be done with me yet. I seemed to have amassed fees of the very same erroneous charge first mentioned.
Well lessoned learned and though I'll advise others to represent themselves as in my case, I won't in How I am going to handle the remaining $377.00 I seem to owe them still for nothing more then and inquiry into how I am going to pay the initial $2300.00 before they'll represent my case. I am just thankful I wasn't able to fork other more at the time. I put my money to good use with a Legal-Aid group and the 299.00 needed to file it myself.
