One star off (and this isn't really their fault but I'm scoring total experience) because the GAP coverage I bought was built into the loan but it was also taken out of my account. I got it resolved, but it did cause me some grief and stress, although very briefly. I have never purchased a car from a dealership, so I can't compare it to personal experience, but from what I've heard, this was a nicer experience. There's isn't an overwhelming number of options to choose from. If you do some homework about what you like and where your budget it, it helps. I worked with Gaylon, who was very laid back and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold. I said price was my priority and he listened. He worked through a lot of options for me. I like that I got to test drive the cars alone and could focus on the car and the drive. And it turns out I found a car I really liked, but if I had wanted to keep looking, I feel like Gaylon would've took it in stride and kept looking for me. I also asked a billion questions about all the paperwork and he was on top of it. I feel like I'd have even better things to say if I did have personal dealership experience to compare it to.
