  • Service is a not very helpful. I inquired about tips on trouble shooting my problem. The service person who picked up didnt even bother acknowledging what I explained to help. He just began to say I would need to bring it in and advised me of the availabilities. I get they want customers going in to have a better look but I'm not paying 100bucks+ for a simple wiring issue. I called Willowdale Subaru right after and their service advisers was much more helpful. Pretty much explained the whole electrical system to me and pointed me in the right direction. Told me to call them back and book an appointment after I troubleshoot.
