  • If I could give them a negative 5 stars I could. I purchased this special on Living Social as well and when the guy Matt showed up today after spending a few seconds on my floor said that it would be an extra $100 to use some kind of acid on the grout. I was not ok with that since we don't own the place we live in and because we have small pets that sleep on the tile to keep cool. When I told him no he went to grab his equipment and said "well I don't do half ass jobs so call Living Social to get a refund then" as he was walking out my door. I was completely shocked. Obviously this is a bait and switch scam and if you aren't willing to pay more for what they deem as necessary to do the job then they leave to go scam someone else. At least I didn't lose money and Living Social refunded me immediately.
