Our family had a very rough flying experience in that my daughter was airsick and did not enjoy her flight at all (not Porter's fault, she's 4 years old). The staff was overwhelmingly supportive and caring of us. They understood our situation and did everything they could to make it a pleasant ride.
I've traveled Porter without the family and had great experiences as well. Free drinks, snacks, and much better service/attitude than my experiences with American or United airlines.
The planes aren't the newest or nicest I've been on, but the service and people I've encountered are more along the lines of European travel that I've experienced.
