  • I'll have to give Bosa a big zero. We are new to north Phoenix and we wanted a treat. We got 6 donuts. 1 blueberry donut that was actually raw in the middle. 1 coconut + pink frosting donut that was so inconsistently shaped that it cooked inconsistently. 1 glazed that had baking soda pockets-gross surprise filling... And three donuts that were "meh". I've seen grocery stores do it better. Plus, we'll have to agree with the other reviews. We know peppy, caring customer service isn't exactly a Phoenician delicacy.... But I'm from the Midwest- I'll never return to a place with poor people skills. I'll take my business elsewhere and let the market sort it out.
