Went there last night to take advantage of their 20% discount under their loyalty program, but was quite disappointed by their service. I arrived on time and called in for my curbside takeout. After waiting 30 minutes and calling in twice to get my food an being told it was on it's way, I had to go in to restaurant to personally pick it up. I was told someone forgot to bring it out. I am very, very disappointed in their customer service an will definitely think long and hard before going back. When I got home with the food, fries were limp and cold. Unknown how long my food had been sitting under the heating lamps. I would have cancelled my order if I could have when I had to go in to pick up my food.
