I'm giving 1 star for experience based on tonight, and tonight's visit only.... not on the company store overall... I wish I had a name to call this kid out on, but just got enough of his attitude problem to go off of... stood at the deli meat and cheese counter for a good 10 minutes ( by ourselves) with no one behind counter to help us and no one else in line...my husband and friend and I, continued to wait... I walked around store a min or two, came back, still no help.... even with other employees walking by doing whatever and two guys even standing over at back of store food counter obviously seeing us in clear plain sight ... no acknowledgement ... I walked up to one and said hey can we get some help over here? He says uuuuuh that's not really my department. I say ok can we get some help or is that a problem for you? His undisciplined ass snapped back at me with a mumble and saying is that a problem with you!??... I tried to state the obvious which is as mentioned above... he'd seen we hadn't been helped, has no customer service, bla bla bla and he along was jumping my shit talking over me in his entitled tone.... peeps have no work ethics, paying guests interaction and service skills at all! He should have gotten fired that crap! I'm not any happier with the careless manager on duty who I finally dumped my Whole Foods experience on ... frustrated af and baffled by some of your employees Whole Foods
