First thing we noticed as soon as we entered into India Masala was that the restaurant was busy, and most customers were Indian. A good sign! Right?
After we finished the lunch buffet, all we could say... mediocre at best.
They have very limited selections, so we went with chicken curry and goat curry. The chicken curry was undercooked and watery. Naan was ok but rice was not.
Also, the service was slow - I had to wave my hand to get the water, and the server even complained that they were too busy. Yeah, I could see that because Tandoori chicken tray was left empty for the entire period of our lunch time.
If you think a limited selection and empty trays are the best way to maximize profit from a buffet deal, you won't be in this business long.
Considering that there are many great Indian restaurants, including Delhi Indian Cuisine, India Palace and Mount Everest, I wouldn't recommend this place.
