  • PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a number of problems with this company and it's customer service. The front desk girl, is very rude. If you are late they DO NOT accompany you. Not even a minor 2 minutes is flexible. If you call to make an appointment and they are fully booked for that day, they will NOT offer for another day for you. I work in the field, so I am familiar with spa and overall customer service expectations. The overall energy of this "spa" is very low and the estheticians do not look happy. I get regular fill in's for my eyelashes, and get my eyebrows done bi-weekly, and have been doing so, for over 5 years. I have been to a number of spas for services. and I was greatly disappointed when I walked in and was not even greeted with a simple "Hi, how are you?". I'm also disappointed with the lack of customer service they give AFTER the appointment. They make you feel rushed, and they are very quick to take your money. Management and/or Head office also does little to none to help when you are not satisfied. One girl was racially profiled while I was there, and made me feel very awkward and worried... but that's a whole other can of worms though. To get to the point, if you want decent work and shitty customer service and negative energy around you, be my guest. However, I would stay far away from this place if you can. It's really not worth it. Take your money, and precious time to a spa that appreciates you and gives you amazing service that you deserve.
