You have to be kidding me with this weird, and inconvenient situation. I'm moving this weekend from a rental home into a new rental where part of my rent includes trash pick up. So... I tried everything to make arrangements online-couldn't find any info, tried calling customer service and was on hold for 30+ min, only to be told I need to fax them a copy of my finalized electric bill (yeah right, I'm sure that won't get lost anywhere!), or go bring it in, in person to their building downtown. Really?! Why can't this just be solved with out all this added red tape?
