I had an Alumawood patio cover installed in March. Overall the process was good and the price was competitive. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends.
The estimator was professional and came out to my house two times to finalize my estimate. I worked with the people in the office to get my HOA paperwork to be submitted. Once everything was approved by the HOA, the office said it would take ~2 weeks to get the materials and scheduled my job.
The job was suppose to take 4 days with a few days in the middle where I was going to be out of town and asked them not to do any work while I was gone. The inspection happening on a day when I was out of town so there were actually 5 working days instead of 4. But overall they finished on schedule and had some weather delays due to heavy winds to contend with.
The patio cover was suppose to run from one corner of the house and stop before a window. The measurements of the patio cover weren't very precise as the cover was about 12-18" longer than expected. Overall I was fine with the extra length, but this is something to watch out for if you need something an exact size.
All of the crew members were very pleasant. After the job was completed there was some construction debris (screws, plastic pieces, etc) and cigarette butts left in the backyard.
When the project was completed, someone came out to the house to pick up my check.
