It pains me to write this review because I always try to support business's near my home. However, Officemax needs to change their policy so here I am to complain about it. My wife purchased a new wireless mouse about a month ago and I dont like changing batteries in these so before she had the chance to open it, I surprised her with a NBA Suns team wired mouse since I knew she is a sucker for anything with the Suns on it. Anyway, my wife came back less than 30 days later to return the unopened mouse WITH her receipt and they would only give her in store credit? It's not like we opened it and used it, or not have a receipt.... so I just think that 30 days should be the minimum for these instances and I even feel that management should push the envelope more to keep loyal customers in areas like ours which are far in the outskirts of town. So "Eek! Methinks not" on you Officemax, once customers come first in your store then we will come.
